Facilitator's biography

Mardi Alayna Lee has been surrounded by music her whole life. She began singing at age nine. Singing allowed her to extend her gifts and become an assistant singing coach to her mother, Marci Solomon in Austin, Texas. When moving to New Jersey in 1996, Mardi began teaching again at the Princeton YMCA and bringing joy into each classroom for children ages birth to 5 years old.

After working for the YMCA, Mardi began teaching privately and coaching children, teens and adults in learning how to sing in tune, learn performance techniques, expand their vocal range and build self confidence. Due to such a rewarding experience teaching all of these years, Mardi has once again opened up her heart to those children who have a love for music and want to hear their voices sing.

Mardi has such a beautiful way of bringing out the very best in people and is delighted to bring each of you the playful part of her by coming to birthday parties and other special occasions and teaching children how to express themselves through popular children's songs and movement. Mardi's creativity is always expanding and she hopes that you will be able to hear your children's voices singing with joy along with Mardi Alayna Lee.
